Our online Cost Calculator instantly displays your agreed rates for any shipment and includes additional features to calculate volumetric weights, detail the fuel surcharge and inform you if VAT is applicable.
Booking Shipments
Whether your shipment is collecting from you, overseas or from a 3rd party warehouse, you can easily create shipments using 'address book' data in just a few clicks. You can also keep your receiver informed by opting to send an email ‘shipment pre-alert’ confirming despatch and containing a live tracking link.
Volume users can take advantage of our integration tools including our ‘web service’ to simplify bookings.
Multi-Drops & Campaigns
Upload your Excel distribution list and easily create multiple shipments. You can also vary the number of items & weights, select different services and produce thermal labels for faster processing.
Producing labels, airwaybills and customs paperwork
At the click of a button our system will produce all your despatch paperwork ready for printing or emailing to your despatch department. Customs invoices can also be edited to change the shipping terms and edit values and commodities.
Tracking & Proof of Delivery
Customers can select by individual user the level of system updates required including booking, despatch and delivery email alerts. Tracking for individual shipments can also be viewed online and the POD forwarded by email directly from screen.
Reports & Data Export
Usage and cost reports can be viewed for a given date range or selected by reference and exported to csv on demand.
Stock reports detail current stock items, real-time levels and the history of related shipments. These can also be exported to csv on demand.
Real Time Stock Management
Customers with a long or short term storage requirement can utilise our advanced real-time online stock management system.
This allows customer to upload products including pictures and associated items, set user permissions for staff, and generate orders/pick notes ready for despatch the same day.
Advanced functionality includes:
- 'max grab' – limiting the quantities available for each user
- Low Stock alerts – to trigger re-ordering once critical level reached
- Goods-in alerts – to advise of stock received
