You can make bookings online using our quick and easy systems, over the phone or by email.
Online - Our advanced online systems are quick & easy to use and we can import your addresses, provide individual logins and tailor features to your exact requirements. If you are a volume shipper or take orders via your website please ask your account manager about our ‘web services’ and other integration tools.
By Phone - Our friendly, courteous and trained customer service team can be contacted on 020 8363 9999, and are happy to provide advice on services and book in your shipment for collection.
By Email - if you have a spreadsheet simply email the booking details to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll email back all the necessary paperwork
Packaging & Despatch Paperwork
To ensure your shipment arrives in the same condition as when it was collected we advise all customers to take particular care when selecting packaging materials. If you are unsure what packaging materials to use or do not have packaging facilities we can arrange separate collection and professional packing on request.
Equator’s online systems automatically produce all the necessary despatch paperwork for you, including airwaybills & labels, commercial/pro-forma invoices and driver’s collection manifests.
For direct carrier collections we will generate and email you the required carrier labels so your shipment is fully prepared for despatch prior to the driver’s arrival.
Commercial or Pro-forma invoices are required when sending anything other than documents to a destination outside the EU. Please affix these to the outside of your shipment for customs purposes.

Tracking & Proof of Delivery
When booking you have the option of sending a ‘Pre-Alert’ to the receiver confirming you have sent their shipment and providing a live tracking link allowing them to track it’s progress and view POD information.
Customers can also track shipments online and email Proof of Delivery details straight off the web page for speed and convenience.
Our automated systems can alert you by email of tracking and delivery updates and advanced users can utilize our ‘data pump’ providing alerts in a variety of other data and text formats.
Invoicing & Payment
We accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, cash, Paypal and most credit and debit cards.
We e-invoice account customers weekly or monthly in a variety of formats and invoices can be sent to more than one email address on request. Our payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
