Quotes and shipping services
A website enquiry or indicative quote does not itself confirm a booking or guarantee a collection or delivery date. All shipments and logistics services undertaken by Equator Worldwide Ltd are subject to the BIFA Standard Trading Conditions (2025), without exception. These conditions are incorporated into every contract for services and shall take precedence over any conflicting or inconsistent terms, including customer purchase order terms, supplier conditions or other standard terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Online payments
Online payment facilities are intended for settling genuine Equator invoices or agreed quotes. Enter the correct reference and amount. Payment confirmation does not, by itself, establish that all amounts owing on an invoice have been settled. If you believe a payment is incorrect or duplicated, contact our team promptly. Payment processing is provided through Stripe.
